breakfast: cracker toast stuff, half a guava and sardines, peppermint tea
lunch: green beans and mixed rice (brown rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms)
snack: dried bean mix thing
dinner: cream of mushroom soup with cheddar cheese, brown rice and chicken, ginger beer.
dessert: icecream, chocolate chips and peanutbutter.
