breakfast: salmon, marscapone, crackers. darjeeling tea with milk and honey.
snack: apples and lime juice.
lunch: fish (maybe eel), some noodles, green beans and some dark leafy green taiwanese veg.
snack: chou dofu, guava with spicysweetlemony stuff, half of a taro pastry.
dinner: hamburger with cheese and ketchup. ginger beeeer.
