ohh woah a switch up. okay so you're going to cereal, while thats maybe better than pizza, you should also buy fruit and vegetables to supplement this? ALSO protein like tuna fish, nuts, (raw nuts not the oil kind), peanut butter without any sugar or oil added like addams, cheese, milk ya.
So.. just plain cereals and milk products wont cut it, you'll feel hungry i think and its not enough nutrients. BUT GOOD EFFORT!
