first meal

giant burrito:
-garden tortilla
-white rice
-black beans
-salsa of some sort
-cheese
-black olives
a pot of irish breakfast tea

  1. ya nutritious is better but i think logistically the way youre going to lose weight is if the calories are less. breakfast should be maybe for you 400-500 calories right now.

    Another thing is multpile smaller meals throughout the day, so you wouldn't have 3 big meals and starve in between, it would be 4-5 at smaller quantities. ya?

  2. no, i'm sure you're right. i just suck at food. i've never eaten breakfast, and i often forget to eat for long stretches at a time, which leads to me eating something bad, like a huge burrito. i need to work on that.

  3. You forget because you have conditioned your body to starve. Kind of like I have conditioned my body to eat 1100 calorie meals with 50 grams of fat and 85 grams of protein before it feels full.

  4. I don't starve myselft. I eat too much right now belivee me. Yeah okay i realize its going to take time to come off of eating a lot to feel full, but that has nothing to do with eating smaller meals more often.
