Friday so far

Yes so I had a steels test this morn. It went OK, but not GOOD.

So far today, let's see...

Yeah so then for lunch I had another of those slim fast optimas, a few diet cokes and maybe 10 low sodium triscuits?

  1. Another thing.. I still dont really understand the portions on these nutrition tables. So you ate: 28 biscuits (what are those? crackers or like real biscuits), an unknown size scoop of hash browns, some gravy, some milk and some yogurt. I don't see how this all adds up to 1500 calories unless you really ate 26 real biscuits and a HUGE scoop of hash browns. plz explain ty
