It's not you, it's me

I don't think this is working for me.

  1. you have to work at it. make an effort. just writing it down wont really change anything. especially if you are not being specific. you also have not been doing it very long. if it is depressing you because of what you are writing down you have to change it so that you are proud of what you record.

  2. he also plays it off like a joke, haahaa i ate a whooole pizza today! (funny remark here).. oh i drank so much beer. let's all laugh about it, because he failed. FAILBLOG, FAIl blah blah. you aren't serious about it. can't really do too much until you make the change yourself. you can mess up, but it doesn't mean you failed and it's hopeless so i might as well eat anything and everything and feel shitty. it means ok i slipped and ate whatever, i can still salvage this day and eat something better and do better hte next day.

  3. I'M ANGRY YOU TRY TO BE FUNNY ABOUT THIS AND EVERYTHING YOU AREN'T HAPPY ABOUT. YOU CANT MAKE EVERYTHING A JOKE OR ALL YOUR MISTAKES WILL BE OKAY BUT YOU STILL FEEL HORRIBLE INSIDE. ITS A HORRIBLE CYCLE. GOD.

  4. YOU'RE PLAYING THE VICTIM ROLE, I DONT EVEN WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS BECAUSE OF HOW YOU'RE ACTING. BE A STRONG MAN AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. CREATE A REGIMEN. BE OKAY WITH FEELING A LITTLE HUNGRY OR NOT EATING THE WORST CHOICES AT THE CAFETERIA BECAUSE THE SITUATION IS HOPELESS.
