"breakfast"

-one pot of coffee
-3/4 cup of skim milk
-one thermos of irish breakfast tea to take to work. technically, i suppose, that would count as lunch. /:

    Have you heard about eating a big breakfast is better beacuse it keeps you fuller through lunch? thsi is a shitty breakfast
