pre-breakfast (lol): two cracker things: with peanut butter + raisins one and marscapone other

breakfast: green pepper, rice, sweetpotato soup

snack: 2 handfuls chocoloate chips :\ and maybe cracker or something else bad, darjeeling tea

dinner1: rice, vegetables blah blah

banana

dinner2: cream of broccoli soup and sushi fail
