breakfast: a little leftover vegetable thai stuff
breakfast cont.: apple, mini bioyogurt drink, cashews (too many, and not raw )
snack: apple and more cashews
dinner pt 1: 1/2 c rice, a little bit meat, veg+fried tofu, half a bowl of sugar water
later: finished cashews
dinner pt 2: whole wheat peanut noodles + green onion, tea, cookie
