Catching up

Okay, so for the record, liesel and I went bowling last night and after bowling I was like HEY LET'S GO TO OLDE MAIN and I had a pint of their pale ale and dinky wheat and then afterward had 3 Taco John's crunchy tacos AND a tube of hostess mini donettes (crumb) from the vending machine afterward. There, now I'm not lying. I woke up at 8 this morning and went back to bed. Then I woke up at 1:23 and now it's time for some fiber one raisin bran and wait for dinner at 4:30.

sadly, though, this was not terrible like i was hoping. i was expecting it to be overly sweet, with weak-tasting espresso. but it was not. it was actually decent and cheap and available in a drive-thru. oh deary.
breakfast: lowf milk + mango+ frozen watermelon+ milk tea blendershake.
snack: street roasted small sweet potato + ching shin green tea

snack: banana + bean soup

dinner 1: hotpot? soup + 2nd small roasted potato

dinner 2: night market food: 3 takoyaki, half ji pai chicken, half korean rice +meat+ kimchi bowl

Friday so far

Yes so I had a steels test this morn. It went OK, but not GOOD.

So far today, let's see...



HOLY WAVY GRAVY

Yeah so then for lunch I had another of those slim fast optimas, a few diet cokes and maybe 10 low sodium triscuits?
breakfast: milk tea, steamed egg with ham and mushrooms, um..bun thing from super. a spoonful of nutella.
lunch: korean mixed rice (brown rice, onions, bean sprouts, pepperpaste, chicken broth)
dinner: red lentil and sweet potato soup with coconut milk, lime juice and onions.
dessert: three spoonfuls of nutella. jeeez.
breakfast: cold curry + banana

lunch: half big bioyogurt drink, half canjoy bread thing( like those long molasses ones at cafe 85 mmm), mango.
snack: 1.5 canjoy breads, rest of bioyurt, lemon tea, some school soup (piggy out)
snack: teeny bit of veg, one puny chicken wing.
dinner: lentil potato soup? delcious anyway ^^
dessert: spoonful of icecream, spoonful of nutella, too much whipped cream

brunch, i suppose

woke up starving this morning. came home, drank a pot of coffee and wondered why. realised it's because i neglected to feed myself yesterday. i think i need to set an reminder or something.

so, brunch:

-pot of coffee
-cup of skim milk in coffee
-broccoli and cheese lean pocket (not so awesome as a breakfast food.)

Thursday dinner

Unknown quantities of fiber one raisin bran.

Damn vending machine and stress and ah nevermind. Also, I'm never buying green tea again unless it's arizona in a can. Green tea sux. PG Tips for life.

Thursday afternoon fuckit


Dining center was closed. Went downstairs and said fuck it. It's already paid for.
bkfst: mango and a little cold curry

lunch: nori rolls

dinner 1: rice + vegetables and a little chicken

dinner 2: mango fish + brown rice

desesrt: banana split + piece of cake + spoonful of nutella
breakfast: a cup of milk tea, a cup of peppermint tea, a piece of toast (my steamed egg did not steam quickly enough).
lunch: half of my nori roll thing and a banana
second lunch: the other half of my nori roll.
dinner: mango stuff with brown rice and steamed fish.
dessert: banana split

night mealsnack

From the vending machine
2 processed hardboiled eggs in creepy preservative fluid
1.5 oz of tgi fridays potato skins
a few oz of salted peanuts

wednesday suckage

i have a sad today, and so am eating such healthy things as:

-a bag of doritos
-a pizza
-throwback mountain dew

this is why i gained fifty pounds. i know this, and yet, right now, i don't care enough to change it.

Wednesday Dinner



Incorporating higher quality stuff...
breakfast: banana, bread
lunch:bread, um..pudding..pancakes.
dinner: sweet and sour soup/rice
CAKE ETC.
twas my birthday today so all food hereby consumed is allowed, justified, and will not be logged ;)

A new day

Breakfast: About a cup maybe a bit more/less of the Fiber one honey clusters cereal. 11 oz of spicy v8.

Lunch: Slim-Fast optima meal on the go bar, milk chocolate peanut (56g). Will see if it controls hunger for up to 4 hours as advertised. 24 oz lo-carb monster. Eventually will have to cut that out.

pancakes (3) with mystery berry syrup
hashbrowns with ketchup
omelette with sausage, copious amounts of cheese, things that i think were vegetables, and more hashbrowns.
SO MUCH COFFEE.

earlier today, i ate a fortune cookie and drank insane amounts of tea.

dinner. i did it in spite. grocery store chinese. nasty. i am glad it was gross and over six dollars lord knows how many calories and eighty grams of eat. i used to eat this shiv every day for lunch at work. no booze tonight. feedlogging mobilely

Yum yum, Tuesday's lunch. I was starving painfully so I loaded up. The two deviled egg halves I had weren't in the system, so I guessed from a website.

Breakfast

A few cups of fiber one honey clusters. Water.

second and third meals

second meal:
cup of vanilla yogurt
twenty-four cinnamon teddy grahams
more tea. so much tea.

third meal, which i will eat in several hours before sleeping:
one cup of honey bunches of oats
half cup of skim milk
more tea.

Back on the wagon


Here's sunday brunch. It was looking a bit better until the breakfast pizza showed up. I am no longer surprised as to why I have gained 10 lbs so quickly.
breakfast: assorted taiwanese breakfast buns.
lunch: crackers, pistachios, cookies, sesame balls.
dinner: soup.
huh. that was a bad idea. i am in immense vomitous pain.
OK so I'm going AWOL the rest of the day. Since we last talked, I have had a can of v8 and three of those beers i mentioned earlier. On an empty stomach. And you know what that means. HUUUUUUUGE $8 DOMINOS PIZZA HERE I COME. I am a drunkard. Sorry. Time to fix. Later. Sooner. Sober. DOMINIOS. I will not be proud of this when I read it Sunday. Ah well, forgive me A&A.
