Friday

Today I felt mopy and sick and TIRED and SICK AND ALLERGYY

Pile of stuffs for lunch, some fajia stir fry stuff, some refried beans, ate til I was full

bottle of wine after I did and turned in my hw and didn't go to work. It was GROSS. That's an improvement because when I was drinking a lot I thought it was good, it is nast.

Dinner was taco bell because I had a long nap. Also ate til I was stuffed. This has been a week to forget. It's like I can't get back on because I don't care.

Thurs dinner

Big salad with all the goodies, little less caesar than usual, baby tomatos, carrots, spring mix, portobellos, cheddar, almost a whole hardboiled egg, half a chocolate chip muffin and a whole peanut butter cookie.

lunch: whole wheat linguine, green beans, garlic, olive oil and basil.
dinner: sweet and sour chicken with brown rice, mango juice.
dessert: chocolate chips, peanutbutter.
snack: crackers and cheese.

stir fry (brown rice, some veggies, a black bean burger, some stir fry sauce)

2/3 taro-porkfloss roll (ONLY IN TAIWAN), Mr. Wish fruit tea

some pineapple, small bioyogurt drink

Restart #1

So the last couple days I haven't been following any healthy eating practices. Nor have I been following healthy living practices. I don't really want to share, but starting now I am officially back. Because I don't want to die. And I mean that seriously. I have gotten to the point where every day I might die. Don't start drinking kids, it's really hard to stop.

snack: 2 handfuls chocoloate chips :\ and maybe cracker or something else bad, darjeeling tea

dinner2: cream of broccoli soup and sushi fail

ok ok let's see, so summertime in ames taking a hard class is stressful and i am bored and alone, nothing new here...

so like i said last night i had the whole large dominos pizza fully loaded...

this morning had two medium caribou dark roasts

lunch was a chicken quesadilla with black beans cheese jalapenos mushrooms

big salad, caesar dressing, lots of goodies on it

two pieces of cheesecake

glass of milk

6 pack of guinness

nap, cool ass dream

rest of the box of fiber one

here we are, 9:35 pm

yesterday:

1 cup of summer corn chowder from panera
jones soda limes with orange

yesterday was a bad day. i worked myself into a huge, shaking funk about some family stuff and stopped eating. the soup was hard to get down and didn't taste very good at all.

today:

3/4 pot of coffee
3/4 cup skim milk
48oz irish breakfast tea
four cheese lean pocket
2 tblsp fat free ranch

lunch: green beans and mixed rice (brown rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms)
snack: dried bean mix thing
dinner: cream of mushroom soup with cheddar cheese, brown rice and chicken, ginger beer.
dessert: icecream, chocolate chips and peanutbutter.
bf: half guava+frozen watermelon+ lowf milk smoothie
snack: half roasted yam

lh: 2nd half of roasted yam, apple.

dinner 1: rice, veg, chicken

snack: some nutsy beans
dinner 2: cream mushroom soup with chicken and cheese (SO GOOD XOXO)

So you'd like to spend a summer depressed and reading? I can help you. The first step is get yourself good and depressed, if you aren't already. Maybe this is all too easy for you to do. It shouldn't be too hard, but I know how it is; Sometimes it works out, sometimes not. Practice some self hypnotism and meditation, see how it goes. Depressed or not, it doesn't really matter, but it probably helps if you're sad and hot and don't have much else going on. You start to avoid people, break all obligations. You let them all think that you've lost your ability to care, but that's not right, is it? You're caring more than ever, aren't you, you sad, stupid kid? You wish that you didn't care at all. It's a terrible burden on you. It's screwing you up. You can't sleep because it's too hot and you can't stop your mind from reeling with sad thoughts. You start picking up books as a distraction. You read all you can, as fast as you can, to keep your head filled. And you've got a lot of time on your hands now that you don't throw away your time in responsibilities, people or slumber.

I had a whole dominos pizza last night. Yep, this always happens. Oh well. Now what?

Since 8pm yesterday

So last night I had untold pints of lager (lessee....6? Yeah I think 6) and this



and then 4 oz of animal crackers (look it up).

Then for brunch today I had this:



And just now I had about 2 cups of fiber one honey clusters and i'm gonna have some black tea and probably a pepsi throwback...they're almost gone! yay!
breakfast: steamed egg+ mushroom, salsa

lunch: chilituna marscapone sandwich and half an apple

dinner: veg rice, lime galric chicken

dessert:bitta icecream+nutella and peanutbutter
